(i) No Charge for Premium Space, (e) electric is additional & (u) utility charge $50 per month or $264 for 4 month and over stays. * Prorated rate for a minimum of 2 months or more only. Price is for two people per site. All guest must register with the office.

Quail Run is a Senior adult 55+ community. Rates are based two adults per unit. Rental begins on date of arrival. A separate pet section is available at no additional charge.

Daily & Weekly Rental Policy
Rent includes full hook-up, cable TV, and full use of facilities. Advance reservations for daily and weekly rental are suggested and require a first night non-refundable deposit. Site numbers may be reassigned at the park’s discretion to better utilize the facilities.

Cancellations: Cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the space reservation as well as deposit. No Refunds for daily and weekly rentals.

Monthly and Annual Rental Policy
Rent includes sewer, water, trash, cable TV, and full use of the facilities: electric is additional. Advance reservations require a deposit equal to one-third of the total rent. The balance is due upon arrival. Annual Base Rent entitles you to occupy your trailer and properties on your space for the months of October thru March of your current rental year. If you wish to occupy a site during the months April thru September you may not be able to occupy the same site year round due to closure of sections of the Park in summer.

Cancellations: A full refund, minus a $50.00 administration fee, will be issued only if a written cancellation is received at least 30-days prior to your Scheduled Arrival Date. No Cash Refunds. All refunds made at Park Owner’s discretion. Effective 02/25/2004.

Arrival Date: The arrival date you schedule when making your reservation can only be extended by 30 days. In the event that you will not be able to meet your arrival date please let us know and we will make provisions to change it. If you are going to be over 30 days late in arriving we will hold your reservation, however we will not be able to guarantee your reserved site #.
